Your dental insurance typically does not cover the full cost of your dental treatment. It is designed to reduce your out-of-pocket expense, but rarely eliminates it completely. We are happy to file your insurance claim on your behalf and will make every effort to help you receive the maximum benefits payable. Verification of insurance benefits by our office is not a guarantee of payment, and actual
benefit payments are determined only when a claim is processed by your insurance company. You are fully responsible for the total amount of the treatment performed, including any portion not paid by your insurance. Payment for estimated portion not covered by insurance is due at the time of service. Because there are so many insurance options available and a wide variety of factors can affect your coverage, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit. Knowing your benefits will help to prevent any confusion or misunderstandings about your financial responsibility. Our practice is in-network with several insurance providers. If your Insurance provider is not listed, please call our office to see if we are participating providers with your plan.
